1. Bridlington Lease

All vehicle hires from Bridlington are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement issued with your booking confirmation or at vehicle handover. The agreement sets out applicable terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations for that hire. If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement takes precedence.

2. Bridlington Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Bridlington, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate rental termination by Bridlington and additional charges.

8. Limits on Liability — Bridlington

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Bridlington Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Bridlington Vehicle Hire Services for the service to which the claim relates.

9. Governing Law — Bridlington

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales in Bridlington. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Bridlington Terms

Bridlington may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on Bridlington's website. Your continued use of Bridlington services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
